Nano4-Stone® is a water based Nanotechnology product and it is completely environmentally friendly .
After applying the product and upon completion of the curing process (24 hours), a thin layer of SiO2 (silicon Dioxide) seals the protected area.
Nano4-Stone® create an invisible protection against any dirt particles and from sea salt, sunlight, moisture, moss, grasses.
Surfaces coated with Nano4-Stone® are also highly resistant to stress and does not contain silicone or other harmful chemicals.
Nano4-Stone® does not change the look, feel or breathability of the surface.
Nano4-Stone® Can be used as a substitute of water in waterborn paints.

Surface preparation:
Before using the product clean the surface very well with traditional methods and rinse with water.
Methods:
For the best results surfaces should be sprayed at least twice (wet to wet , it is very important to spray the second hand before the first has dried ), depending on the absorbency of the surface you want protected. The process may need to be repeated.
Industrial application:
For economic use, you can use an HVLP spray gun.
Other application techniques:
In addition to spraying, you may protect the surface with Nano4-Stone using a brush, dipping or a paint roller. Results may vary depending on the application method.
After coating with Nano4-Stone the surface takes 24 to 48 hours (at 20ºC) to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperatures.

Protection products reaches up to 8 years, provided that the placement of Nano4-Stone made in accordance with the instructions.
The amount of product needed each time depends on the method of application and the porous of the surface. In any case the concumption will be between 30ml/m2 and 200ml/m2. This means that 1 liter can cover the surface of 5m2 to 33m2. We recommend to test each type of surface first to determine the absorption of the surface. An easy test to calculate the absorption of the surface is to wet 1m2 of the surface by using normal water. By this way you can see what is the exactly consumption for each surface.
Great importance and care in accordance to the standards ISO 9001:2008 are taken during the production of our products. So we ensure to our customers that all our products meet all specifications and are in excellent condition when purchased. All our products are sealed in production and customers, before the purchase, can easily check the date of manufacture and expiry date of the products. See details in the photo.
